Kalomiris two piano rhapsodies have been orchestrated (the first by Gabriel Pierne and the second by Byron Fidetzis) and can be counted amongst his orchestral works.

Other songs

The Anoyanakis catalogue distinguishes 21 works including some 80 songs for voice and piano. There is also a song cycle for voice and viola and one for voice, harp and clarinet. Of special importance are the two song cycles of the EVENING LEGENDS written between 1940 and 1944.

There are also 24 choral works including more than 50 songs for choir, amongst them a collection in 4 parts of  37 choral songs for Greek children.
